At LACROIX, our Positive Impact strategy is driven by the conviction that technology must serve the ecological transition—provided it proves both its usefulness and sustainability.
We don’t pursue innovation for its own sake. Instead, we take a targeted, pragmatic approach: every product we design must actively contribute to building more sustainable living ecosystems through connected technologies that are useful, robust, and secure.
Our Impact Report
With the publication of its 2025 Impact Report, LACROIX marks a new milestone in its development.
Systematic eco-design, a climate trajectory validated by the SBTi, more stringent responsible sourcing practices, and fully engaged teams: the Group demonstrates the operational integration of a positive-impact strategy that is now fully embedded in its operations.
To translate our environmental commitment into a strategic and operational reality, we focus on four key pillars:
1 – Grow positive impact business
100% of LACROIX Environment activity solutions have a positive impact.
This means that the difference between the environmental or social benefits they provide (such as energy and water savings, avoided greenhouse gas emissions, etc.) and the footprint associated with their production and use is, therefore, significantly positive.
To accurately measure the impact of our solutions, we have developed a tool to quantify these benefits.
2 – Design eco-efficient solutions
LACROIX aims to become a key player in eco-design across our markets by 2030.
Since 2025, 100% of new products in the Environment activity have been eco-designed.
3 – Run sustainable & resilient operations
We commit to reducing the environmental footprint of all our operations.
LACROIX integrate eco-responsible practices at every stage of our value chain and across all Group sites. It includes our factories and internal processes.
We have taken concrete measures to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, relying on targets aligned with the Paris Agreement and validated by the Science Based Targets Initiative.
4 – Commit to our people & act locally
Respect for fundamental human rights is at the heart of our values. We have therefore established an approach focused on committed sites, notably through the Great Place to Work (GPTW) label. This reflects our constant commitment to valuing our employees and doing everything possible to ensure they feel fulfilled on a daily basis.
