Commit to our people & act locally

The fourth pillar of our positive impact strategy is based on our commitment to our teams and our territories. We make it a point to promote well-being and recognition within our company, to unlock the potential of each of our employees, to foster equity and diversity, and to actively support our territories. As a family-owned company, we are deeply committed to the values of respect, teamwork, openness, commitment, and boldness.

Societal Commitments

Gender Equality

In accordance with the January 2019 decree implementing the Professional Future Act on gender equality, LACROIX’s Environment business unit has calculated its Index.

For the Smart Water and HVAC business unit, it achieved a score of 87 points in 2024.

For the Smart Lighting France BU, for the year 2025, the workforce data broken down according to the criteria defined by the administration (by socio-professional category and age group) is insufficient to calculate the indicator relating to the pay gap.

This monitoring reflects the commitment the company has made for several years to eliminate the gender pay gap, as well as to promote our employees without distinction of gender.

We actively support gender diversity in the workplace by participating, in particular, in the Elles Bougent association and by engaging in the StOpE against sexism in the workplace initiative.

Quality of Life at Work

LACROIX’s Smart Grids, Smart Lighting, and Smart Water & HVAC Business Units (in France and Italy) received the Great Place To Work® France certification in 2024.

At LACROIX, we strongly believe that the industry can be an inclusive, stimulating, and fulfilling work environment. This is why we place continuous improvement of working conditions at the heart of our priorities.

The Great Place To Work® certification reflects LACROIX’s commitment to providing its employees with a work environment where listening, respect, and recognition are essential. This distinction marks a turning point in our approach to quality of life at work and motivates us to go even further.

We aim to achieve 100% of our sites certified GPTW by 2030. This goal demonstrates our desire to ensure that all our teams, worldwide, work in an environment where they feel respected and fulfilled.

Local Engagement

We support the social and solidarity economy by collaborating with service providers who integrate employees in professional reintegration programs. We also participate in many local events, particularly in the fields of education and economic development.

LACROIX is committed to offering sustainable, innovative, and also responsible solutions. We are dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact and improving the quality of life for our employees and users.
