Gender Equality
In accordance with the January 2019 decree of the Professional Future Law regarding gender equality, Environment activity of LACROIX calculated its Index and achieved a score of 87 points in 2024.
This score reflects the commitment the company has made for several years to eliminate gender pay gaps, as well as to promote all of our employees without gender distinction.
We actively support gender diversity in the workplace by participating in the Elles Bougent association and engaging in the StOpE initiative against sexism in the workplace.
Quality of Life at Work
LACROIX’s Smart Grids, Smart Lighting, and Smart Water & HVAC Business Units (in France and Italy) received the Great Place To Work® France certification in 2024.

We support the social and solidarity economy by collaborating with service providers who integrate employees in professional reintegration programs. We also participate in many local events, particularly in the fields of education and economic development.
