In the event of failure of one of your SOFREL products, you might want to send it back to us, together with the duly filled return voucher that you can download below, as part of our After-Sales Services.
The return address is mentioned on the voucher. Your product will be analysed immediately upon arrival and you will received feedback on the diagnosis within 2 working days.
Please fill the voucher carefully as all the relevant information will speed up the analysis process.

If your product contains batteries, please remove them before shipping back the goods via air fret.
Following this, a repair or replacement proposal will be provided.
