Please complete the repair registration form below as fully as possible and click the “Send” button. Your message will be forwarded to our Repair & Service Department. You will receive an email with an RMA number as soon as possible. Please print this email, include it with your package and return it to us within 14 days. Please note that we can only accept returns with your RMA number to ensure correct allocation within our company.
If your unit is out of warranty, you will receive a separate estimate prior to repair, which you will need to sign to authorise the final repair order.
